Sex and Ageing

I didn't see anything helpful to the average woman who wants to maintain a sexual relationship with another person. Very limited information. Once a woman knows her own body and can achieve satisfying orgasms alone and with another, information on the changes to expect and how to adjust to those changes would be of value.
